"The property was very close to Upham Beach Park and close to restaurants and shops. The check-in was confusing. There was no staff in the office when I arrived and I had to phone the resort and speak with someone who may or may not have been at the resort. A text was sent with directions on how to check-in to the property. The keys for the units are on a wall near the office and a code was sent to open the locked-box (like a realtor would use) to enter the room. I requested two parking passes and only one was in the room. I texted the resort and was told they would contact a team member for another pass and it would cost me $25. Eventually, a pass was delivered. The unit itself was nice--a one bedroom unit with a king bed. It seemed a little dated with a recent refresh and was clean. The safe in the room had no batteries so I could not use it, the toilet would run occasionally and upon check-out, I spoke with a person that was working about it. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, however, the chairs were really rusted. Since I live in Florida and my friends were visiting, I had chairs in my car for us to use. There a two pools on the property, which were nice. There was cornhole, but we only saw one board."
