Do not ever use this hotel. Absolutely Zero internet service for the less than 24 hours we stayed because we ended up leaving and going to another a place that was excellent.
The staff will literally sit there and lie to your face about why your internet doesn't work.Why you can't get a signal in your room and the phones in the room do not work so you can't even call down to the front desk to complain about anything.
This hotel uses wifi jammers, so they attempt to force you to buy their premium wifi, which still doesn't work. Then, they lied to my face and told me that an engineer was coming in to fix it and they don't even have any engineers. They will try to charge you $100 per night resort fee. $38 to use the *valet only* option. As they say, they offer no other self parking available.
In the brief few hours, we were there.I had to leave the building, walk fifty feet away from it.Just to even get a wifi signal. Their hotel design is set up to block everyone's wifi signal, and there were multiple other people there that had the exact same issue we did, and after doing a little digging on the internet.The FCC has fined this particular hotel multiple times for using wifi blockers on their customers.
Then, they wanted to charge you hourly to use their ethernet down on the main floor of which signals were still erratic.
The staff was rude, not welcoming at all and will literally sit there and lie to your face.
Do not ever book here, run to another property!!!
