"The customer service and team is amazing, the amenities are such a great aspect of the stay, with a private beach, outdoor bar, wonderful pool area. The main lobby is a short walk from the actual room, about 1 block, as there are 3 properties under the same parent hotel. My experience was great, and I’m happy to have booked the stay, with a great highlight on the quality of customer service and cleanliness. "

"The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. Immaculate. Dated property that has some cosmetic updates, but infrastructure still has issues. Hard work to get hot water. Lacking blackout curtains for those light sleepers. Location is amazing...the beach outside the rooms saves this place. Fire alarms went off in the night...twice. Couldnt be comped because we purchased third party through expedia."

"Older resort. It was difficult to find the office; had to stop by the Hilton to find it. Need to have a big sign that says New Hotel Harbourside Resort before you enter office parking lot. It was very cold and WINDY, so they waived the park fee. Condo was clean. Could have had hangers in the closet. Not much space for clothing. No suitcase holder in either room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will go back to Harbourside again."

"Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. "I booked a junior suite months in advance. Arrived and was told not available but I was given an “upgrade”. The upgrade was a king room that faced the bar and provided a limited very obstructed view of the ocean. There was simply a bed, tv/dresser, and a chair that pulled out to be possibly twin size bed but was so visibly soiled I didn’t feel comfortable using in any capacity. "Staff is friendly, very family oriented, my children enjoyed it, currently the property is being renovated, but it wasn’t in our way or hindered our stay at the time. Love the access to the beach, drinks were good but a bit on the higher price,We did bring a cooler, ice was available and no issues about it from staff. "Literally right on the beach. Walked out my door and in 15 seconds was sitting in a beach chair at the edge of the sea wall with a white sand beach before me watching pelicans dive bomb into the Gulf. Room was clean but not fancy. Parking was only issue, very narrow and limited spaces. However for the price and the location (hello, the beach) you can’t beat it! I will be coming back here next time I come to the beach on the Gulf."
