The motel is not terrible, but for the price, it is definitely overpriced. My husband, our two children, and I booked it because of the beach location, but the overall condition of the property did not match what they charge. The towels were old, stained, and yellowish. The bathroom had barely any shampoo or conditioner provided. Unfortunately, we also woke up with what appeared to be bed bug bites after our stay, which was very concerning. There are also many rules, especially around the pool. For example, you’re not allowed to make noise after 10:00 p.m., which makes it clear that this is more of a place to spend one night and get some rest. If you’re planning a family vacation or traveling with kids and looking for a fun, this is probably not the right place. For the same price, you can find much better hotels with nicer amenities and a more family-friendly environment. We booked it as a family of four, but it wasn’t the kind of place where families can really enjoy their stay.

Older motel but rooms have been updated well. Excellent location right on the beautiful pristine Belleair Beach. Great proximity to lots of restaurants and Clearwater Beach. Outdoor dining tables could be a little nicer and they were located right next to some stinky trash cans. But you can’t beat the view, and they did have some super comfy Adirondack chairs to take in the beautiful views. Great value too. Definitely will stay again!

This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. What it lacks in amenities the 30 second walk to the beach makes up for it. The rooms and property are older, but well maintained. The two ladies in the front office are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be staying here again!

I liked it. It was a little expensive for being so close to home downfall is I couldn’t have a visitor for even one hour on my birthday. I wasn’t trying to throw a party or anything. I just one of my friends and family to come by and drop off gifts and maybe have cake which I never had. But the property was nice as the prices were lower I might go back.

Nice location right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Clean rooms, helpful staff. I'd definitely stay there again. However, the parking is an absolute nightmare. Spots are tight and limited, and hard to get in and out of.

Amazing location. The staff and the signs all over the property are kinda hostile. I didn’t feel welcome. The place has not been renovated in decades. The AC worked fine. The in-unit kitchen was basic but helpful. I will evaluate other options before booking again here.

The nice things were the pool, comfortable beds and the beach access. However the sargasso seaweed was 5 to 10 feet thick along the entire beach so we couldn't get in the water which was the reason we chose to book our mini vacation here. The cons were the items the room didn't have: 1. No clock so I had to pick up my cell phone every time I wanted to know what time it was. 2. No phone to call the front desk when I needed something. 3. No hair dryer. Every day I had to get one from the front desk and was instructed to "return it as soon as you're done with it" since they only had 3. 4. They won't clean your room until you've been there for 4 days. While we were checking out, I had a chat with another visitor in the lobby who said she's stayed here every year for over 30 years, except for last year when it wasn't available due to damage from a hurricane. The rooms always had the usual amenities including hair dryers. Apparently it changed owners and things went downhill so she will not be returning.

I give it one star because I can’t give it 0. There were mouse droppings in my bathroom. Called the front desk and no answer. Expedia called the front desk and no answer. The day I checked out I told the lady in the front desk and she said the manager would call me and nothing. I messaged the property through the Expedia app and nothing again. I HD to sleep in a room with mouse droppings because it was very late when we arrived and I had taken a sleeping pill before I saw the droppings. It was a disgusting experience and pretty unnerving with the things going on in the World nowadays. Also, I am pretty sure I booked an ocean view room, can’t say for sure because the details disappeared from my details, but they couldn’t give me a room further from the ocean. I was actually next to the parking lot. That is really the least of my worries as of now. Dirty, non responsive. I don’t get the relatively “good rating” this property has.

The ability to walk to the beach was amazing. Seeing the Gulf from my room was great. It’s an extremely expensive place but that’s like most places now. And you can only have one car. Overall, very good.
