This is a very old building but it is well maintained and even though you have to drive to shops and restaurants, it’s great because it’s a quiet location and the only beachfront property like it that’s in my budget! And the staff is super kind! I’m a returning customer for 5 years now!

Nikki and Martin were exceptional! Oceanview room with walkout patio was incredible. This was third beach we visited in FL and was the quietest, most accessible, and most private beach second to none. Howies pizza in Clearwater, ~10 minutes away had a great chicken, bacon ranch pizza, best on our trip, fast. Pool was relaxing, ocean-view Tiki tables to sit and eat and relax were great.

Location can’t be beat! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. Kitchenette was a nice bonus. Parking on property was limited but we always found a spot. A great value.

I wish they keep the restroom in perfect cleaning condition. They don’t have a restroom for all the residents if needed. The only choice was the room restroom. I guess the reason people choose this motel is due to the good location to access the beach.

Room was very clean and having the private beach was wonderful. Plenty of parking. Suggest having tissues in the bathroom ( so people don't use a ton of toilet paper!). Hooks on back of the bathroom door would be nice

This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. What it lacks in amenities the 30 second walk to the beach makes up for it. The rooms and property are older, but well maintained. The two ladies in the front office are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be staying here again!

The room was very clean, I like the size of the room, not overwhelming but very cozy!! There was a problem with the toilet that over flowed and I fixed the issue but used EVERY towel that was available in the bathroom. I called the after hours phone number 3 times to have more towels brought to me. . . but, I did eventually got them, I wanna say 10-11:00-ish. Could be wrong on the time lol. BUT I DID GET THEM 😅. My only issue and I hated to even have to call them! On a good note, going back at the end of January. I’ll say again, very clean resort!!!
