I did not like that there are only 10 parking spaces in the garage. I had to leave first thing in the morning, and did not physically check out like I’ve done at every other hotel. I didn’t ask for a late checkout, so you would assume a hotel would expect you to be out by their checkout time. This hotel tracked me down and had to confirm with me that I wasn’t staying later, otherwise they would’ve charged me the $75 late fee. I don’t like that policy. I’m glad I was able to get them in time before they charged my card, but for future reference… If somebody doesn’t physically check out at the desk, a hotel should assume if they’re not in their room at 11 then they’re gone. Especially when they never requested a late checkout. The front desk area was very clean. But only one floor had ice. That was another thing I didn’t like. Also the room they gave me, the floor was very dirty. I was able to take one of their face cloths and clean around the desk that holds the telephone in between the two beds on the floor. It was completely dirty like something was spilled and never cleaned up. It was very sticky, but I cleaned it.

Parking is VERY problematic. There is no on-site parking. Their ‘onsite’ parking is several blocks away in a public garage. You will need to roll your suitcase several city blocks and anytime you go out, be prepared to walk back and forth. Getting back from a function and walking through the city at 1am alone was not something I would have willingly signed up for. I will never stay at this hotel for this reason alone. I can see how this would be a huge issue for older people or people with mobility issues. One night of parking cost me $25 and the next was $38. Definitely false advertising or twisting it at the least. Only redeeming factor is the location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops but not enough for me to recommend this spot to anyone.

While the rooms were very quiet and the hotel was only a few blocks from the pier the parking was a joke. We could not pull in to check in my sister had to sit in her car in the street while I went to try and get checked in. There was no parking in the garage which if there was would have costed $39. We had to park in an affiliated parking lot almost 2 blocks away and was charged $30. We were told if we left the parking lot later to go look around we would have a parking spot when we came back. Guess what we had no parking spot when we came back they wanted us to park on the side of a building instead of in a spot. They did not provide enough wash cloths or towels. I will give them they had very comfortable beds though.

No amenities to use! No pool, no gym, no complimentary lobby coffee. Cute fresh coffee shop in the lobby u til 2 tho. They cleaned our room ONCE in 5 nights…because we complained. Every time I saw the cleaning crew, I let them know that we’d be leaving in a few minutes and to come back, but they never did. Otherwise, great location

Don't expect to find convenient parking or helpful staff at this Hotel. I booked this property for the ADVERTISED onsite $20 per night parking. When we arrived mid-day we were told by an unapologetic clerk that the lot was full and that we would need to seek parking elsewhere. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that none was available and that they did not speak English anyway. When asked if we had any recourse, she said that if we cancelled our reservation we might be able to get a refund. When I asked how she would determine if we could get a full refund she said she would reach out to her manager. Apparently, the management is available for some things and not others. We declined to cancel as all area hotels were sold out. We ended up parking 3 blocks away, paid $43 to park and had to carry our bags to and from the Hotel.

The large suite had a spectacular view with floor to ceiling windows facing Tampa Bay and downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful, but we saw no other staff. Amenities were sorely lacking. Neither the rooftop bar or and lobby cafe were open. The coffee pot in the room was dirty from prior guest. The room was clean, but maintenance was lacking. The bathroom light flickered, the shower plumbing made loud hammering noises while it was being adjusted. Parking at the hotel was full. Had to pay double the price in public parking blocks away.

This place is an older property with basically no amenities—just a small coffee shop inside, and that’s about it. My biggest issue is the parking. It’s ridiculous—you have to park two blocks away and walk back to the motel. And that’s really what it is, a motel, not a hotel. The staff was great and the room was okay, but this will be my last stay here.

There is no parking at this hotel. The only options are valet $35 or parking yourself $20 per night. If you park yourself you have to walk 3 blocks to another hotel which only has about 10 spots or park at Sundial garage which is 6 blocks away. The room was nice and the hotel itself is fine but the parking situation is horrible. Also there is no pool or hot tub

I've never stayed in a hotel without parking. Had to park two blocks away for an additional $40.00 and walk back. Not very convenientfor a handicapped person. I also booked this hotel because the website and photos of the property showed it had a restaurant, no. Only a small breakfast bar. Paid extra for an ocean view, dont bother. The small water view between two buildings was a joke. No bars of soap in the bathroom, just an Equate pump bottle from Walmart. The AC sounded like a dump truck was parked outside the window. All this for $275 a night, wow. Glad we only stayed one night!

Many things in the room broken or not working. No blankets available. No soap, crummy shampoo, showerheads that are blocked. Lights flicker or don’t work. No hangers or anyway to get them. Bathroom doorknob broke off. This is a place in decline .
