Staff was great, hotel itself was nice. Cleanliness was okay, Ive definitely seen worse. It was nothing detrimental.
The location is great, 10 minute walk to vinoy(we came for RRU)
If you have ever been to st. Pete, parking is as expected for the area: pay for valet on some days, or pay to park a couple blocks away, no biggie. They do have free onsite parking but it is limited, but again, if you have ever been to downtown st. Pete, this is typical& i cant be mad at it. We were made aware, upon arrival, that some of their free parking would open up the next day if we wanted to move our car to their lot(we just forgot to ask about it that morning).
The bed was comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. I do wish there was a microwave in the room, as we had to go to the second floor to use a shared one(a breakroom style room) but again, we were there for an event nearby& didnt spend a ton of time at the hotel, so none of these things impacted our stay tremendously.
My only true gripe is that there isnt continental breakfast. The coffee shop in the lobby was good, but I wish breakfast was included, for how much we spent on the stay.
If you’re in st. Pete for an event, its a great location to quickly get back& get some rest& you most likely wont be spending a ton of time at the hotel anyways.
If you just like to stay at hotels& dont plan on leaving, it may leave some to be desired for. What you make of it is kind of up to you.
Overall, would stay again!
