Wow what a great place. Super clean, great parking. I was greeted at checkin by Cheyenne. Very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The hotel has high ceilings. The rooms are spacious and new. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathrooms look like they’re from Better Homes and Gardens. The town is so cute and walkable. Great restaurants and bars. Check was great with China. Great personality and extremely proud of the hotel as well as their sister hotel right in the area. You can tell these employees love their jobs. I would give this place a 10/10. I will definitely be back.

We had just checked out of a different property in Dunedin and were heading home. Sadly we had car troubles and needed to stay another night. Booked this last minute and wish we had stayed here for whole trip! Pristine property with underground parking. Kind employees and beautiful large room! Perfect location to walk downtown. We will definitely be back! Loved the little patio and welcome bag!

We stayed at here 3 nights. The rooms are large with a pretty good size balcony for enjoying the complimentary coffee and muffins from the lobby. The room was immaculate! Beds and linens are comfortable. The location is excellent - walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We didn’t get to use the pool area but it looked beautiful! Exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Dunedin.
