Nice hotel. Quiet end of St. Pete. We kept our boat at the municipal marina and it was a very short trip back-and-forth to our boat. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent - a little overpriced, but convenient. Parking fee is ridiculous. There’s a garage right behind the hotel that’s half the cost.

The property is in an amazing location for downtown St Pete and the pier. The room are nice in size, and the property is very well kept. However, the shower floors need a little TLC. The management was very professional and accommodated us with a room change.

It was great for the stay very expensive on it only being valet. But the staff was very helpful the give direction to cheaper options. Everything was great till we had to shower and the head fell off and was weak spray besides that everything was great and clean. Would come back again.

Should have paid attention to reviews. Front desk employee was as unfriendly, unhelpful and rude as I’ve ever encountered. Restaurant staff were awesome. Room had a very musty smell but was clean with comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Too many alternative options to this Hilton when customer service is such an important aspect of a hotel stay.
