Misrepresented photos. Looked fine until we walked in person. Smell hit us before the rest of the issues. Room was dirty. Worn. Furniture was old and broken. We walked out. Do not book. Sorry. Needs deep clean. New furniture and bedding. And maybe paint to seal the smell and make it habitable.

Well when I arrived it was not what I expected. Not on the inside anyway. This is the type of hotel where most of the rooms are taken up by people who live there. It was a little sketchy when I pulled up I went into the office and spoke to Ms tammy. She was wonderful very polite let me know if I had any problems to let her know because they will not put up with any loud noise or anything. After entering the room it was very dirty. I don't think they ever really clean. She let me know that they were short staffed so it seems like it's just her rushing in and tidying up. There was no light in the room except for a desk lamp that we had to point at the ceiling to try to eliminate the room. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. In my time there I did see a fire truck and ambulance and the police. But with all of that being said it's a hotel that is tucked into a nice part of town. Lots of things to see and eat around there. I never felt unsafe to say. Of course I carried my gun just in case but most people kept to themselves. What I stay here again, probably not. But it was cheap and close to Tampa for a concert I was going to. If I did need a cheap hotel to stay in around Tampa then yeah I might check it out again

This place was absolutely nasty. I had to get a cheap motel and I was totally prepared for what I thought. The blinds were broke people walked past and could see me and my 14 daughter sleeping. The smoke detector was disabled and torn down. The walls were peeling. Smelled like smoke so bad. The plugs for the wall had black on them like they had sparked before so I could not plug in my phone and had a 8hr drive. I understand cheap but this was non sleeping conditions.

The cutest place ever but unfortunately just wasn’t clean. Food left in fridge , on ledge of bedroom window, bread crumbs under small dresser. Walls and doors lots of dirty handprints etc. Towels , the two we did have were all stained and looked like they had not been washed at all. Toothpaste on bathroom wall. Vents full of dirt!! Floors were clean!! Beds were clean and somewhat comfortable. Need thicker pillows. These are all suggestions to clean better because it is the cutest set up ever!! . Our stay otherwise was pleasant and quiet and I loved the location. Parking was awful but staff helped us kindly! Staff was very friendly and professional!! So again no complaints just suggestions to clean better or get others to helps so yall can have an awesome place for people like us who liked your little set up and worked out great for our little family with 2 kids!!! 0 stars. Disgusting. Number one issue is Rats and bed bugs followed with dr*gs and prost*tut*on galore. Place needs to be fumigated for anything living. Front office staff is rude, poorly managed, not communicative nor professional & inconsiderate to any and all matters with attitude and disrespect. The room is invested with rats , bed bugs, fleas and spiders. I asked for clean sheets during my 10 day stay on day 3 and was told no and the w/d on site isn’t working and can only be used for their cleaning staff … which is also the office staff.. which is also the property managers.. who are also the financial/ booking staff. The whole place is run terribly and I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked who was the owner or someone above to ask for accommodations or even a different room and I would not get an answer. The AC window units barely work. The stove has 1 burner that works of 4 & it caught on fire 3 times. Run don’t walk.

Very chill vibes Not clean at all Has a working TV hopefully you know how to work a firestick. No real cable. Tubi is normally free. Water in tub is finicky for shower. Lots of hair everywhere. Didn’t look clean. Can’t complain if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to go. Fridge and freezer worked :) Air conditioner left floor wet and wasn’t very cold. Very hot at night. Worker was either extremely stressed and tired or on drugs

Dirty. No smoke detector. No key, had to change the lock to gain entry. Peeling paint. Barren walls. No utinsels or dishes of any kind. Roaches everywhere.

Staff was friendly. However, the property itself was very very dirty, including the rooms. It is very old, we couldn’t even charge our phones because the plug would just fall out of the outlets. Lots of little roaches. Would not come back.

I booked and payed for my room and then when I arrived they said there were no rooms available, then said they would refund my reservation and 1 month later will not answer the phone and still have not issued the refund.
