The owner stole my money, told me shed refund me for the room, so id leave, i did, then she lied and told expedia i stayed and refused my refund, we left bc bare wires, meth pipe burns all over, broken tv, bed bugs, roaches, room looked nothing like the picture, the bedding was dirty with food stains and dried food shower literally had someone elses hair in it.

The place was disgusting I would not let a crackhead sleep there. I woke up with roaches in my bed. There's roaches everywhere. I will never stay there again

Booked a room for reggae rise up and upon checking in after the office closed at night It was discovered that the shower would not turn off and had been stuck on hot water for hours. The entire room was a sauna. I was told they had no other rooms. Then a housekeeper went into a room with no lights on and stayed in there for a few minutes and came out saying that they could give us that room which had obviously not cleaned. I was unable to speak to management because they were gone for the night, I’ve left my phone number and started a claim with Expedia to hopefully get a refund but I’ve not been contacted by the property management yet.

No frill stay. Room clean and kitchen have everything needed to cook. Free and lots of space to park. A lot of the outlets needed a covering so you are not afraid to get shocked. Better curtains are needed for privacy. Otherwise for the price a decent stay. This was for work related trip.

This was a run down place. Shower had no hot water and spout ran constantly. There was no remote for tv to work. The pool water was disgusting. I never in my life seen such a rotting pool or the bath room with rusty paint chips and mold. I truly hope someone does something about this place. I TOOK PICTURES!!!

Really nice people. Rooms are pretty basic. Linens and towels were clean. Lots of hot water. Whole place is a little rundown and could use some tlc. Parking seemed to be adequate for the guests.

Its a cheap place to sleep, nothing more. Pool closed by health department. Old food pan left in oven and old food left in the air fryer in room from prior guests. Overall dirty, moldy air conditioner units, spray painted tiles in bathroom to cover up grafitti or something.

Parking is always tight there’s almost always nowhere to park. I’ve stayed here three separate times and every room is infested with roaches and I’m now having to clean all of my belongings and rid them of roaches, the property manager is an absolute terror to be around she treats the housekeeping ladies like slaves and she is always screaming at someone the housekeeping is up all hours of the night they are overworked and under paid just to be accompanied by a living space on the property most tvs don’t work or come with remotes today I had a moldy slightly filled with water pit in my room and the property managers only response was “let’s get you a new one” (I declined this offer as I have my own) they placed me my wife and two small children in room 106 which has a little rat friend that’s included and some roaches to accompany as well not to mention the front door would not properly close it was always being pushed opened by the wind with no way to lock the the top lock either. There is mold in all of the ac units and no maintenance team on site the housekeeping women deserve better than the old hag they call Their “boss” whom I also witnessed screaming at another tenant before storming off in her car recklessly and returning a few moneys later to have the housekeeper serch her car for something she had lost she is consistently losing everything and always making the housekeeping women act as her servants for even personal actions the appliances in the kitchen work.

Everything about this place was scary and dangerous it should be condemned.And they don't honer the Expedia reservation system Book and pay at the property. I am trying to recover my fee for yesterday when they made me leave one hour after check in because I told them what I am telling you.Get them off this reputable site.
