The room was a little smaller than pictured but overall was cute for a short stay. Beach access is more than a minute walk but the hotel staff made the stay so comforting and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a lot of issues with communication . I had to do more than 10calls to get a hold of someone for checking in. There’s no reception so I have no idea how to ask anyone anything or check in or check out, nothing. There was a cockroach hanging in the kitchen, I didn’t have food there at all, and the water pressure is really really bad!

The view from room 5 was very pretty from the balcony. I chose this little place because i thought supporting small business was important. You dont know what you are getting until you arrive. Small studio. The bed was actually comfortable. The motel is run down and not jept up, room was dirty, roach came thru shower drain. I said ill deal with it and just cover the drains cause i did not see any other bugs aroynd even though the floors were dirty. Then came the screaming from a drunken female as she claimed she was the owner. At first i was concerned do to her screaming then she continued to yell all night after i told her her place was not up to my expectations and she continued to say then just leave at top of her lungs for a few hours as she continued her drunkered. The on sight manager, he seemed concerned and said she should be ignored. I do not recommend this place.

The room was comfortable and spic and span clean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Taxi stand a 2 minute walk . Manager communicated very well. The views spectacular. Would stay there again.

Property is in a good location. There are dining options that are walkable. The beach is just down the hill. Communication was great. I always got a response to my emails within minutes.

Location was great considering the price. The beach is 2-3 minute walk to and more for back due to it being uphill all the way a good 200 foot elevation would not recommend for people out of condition but the view is great

Fellow travelers beware! Although the description of this property on Expedia claims it is a “Boutique Hotel” I can assure you this is not a Hotel; Boutique or otherwise. Simply put, it is a residential property that has been altered to have 7 or 8 rooms. There are absolutely no amenities: No Hotel Lobby, no Registration Desk, no Pool, no Restaurants. Whatever amenity you can think of, it doesn’t have it. When my wife and I showed up there was no obvious place to register. There was a single door that had no number on it so I opened the door and realized it was a bedroom and I quickly closed the door. About a minute later or two later an older gentleman came out and introduced himself as Paul and the Owner of the property. He declared there were no rooms available. I told him we had a confirmed reservation though Expedia and when I showed him the email confirmation from Expedia he declared “ I don’t deal with reservations and said we had to contact “Vinny” who handles all of the room reservations. Paul was kind enough to drive us down the street to the Buoy House so we could have lunch while our room situation was straightened out. despite calling Vinny several times and texting him we never heard from Vinny. Do yourself a favor and avoid making a reservation at this property. They are completely unreliable. I had to arrange for another room (Expedia was absolutely no help and that is another tale by itself).

This is the cutest little place. It is quaint and the staff was great. It's a studio type room, but it's clean and the view of the ocean was amazing. A/c, tv, internet all worked well. Close to shopping and restaurants. It's not fancy, but it is incredibly charming. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a safe, quiet, clean room with some beautiful views.

Easy to find, convenient location to multiple popular locations on island. Beautiful views. Great option if you are not looking for a large resort! Paul’s communication and property maintenance was great.
