"The room was nice and spacious, however house keeping was very patchy. The staff were very measured and professional. I made two complaints about housekeeping and breakfast. Breakfast is greasy and simple and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. It’s just as good as a travel lodge. The location is great and the hotel is quiet The manager did address my concerns and gave me discount on dinner, but still worth considering these issues. "

"Beautiful hotel. We had a studio room - kitchen was high spec - full size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob and washing machine. For us - we love the option of cooking, a lazy breakfast or after long day. We felt so relaxed the whole time. Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the whole city. AirPort Express bus stops within walking distance so travel to and from was super easy. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. "

Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"
