J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système. Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a refusé de me remettre...

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"I liked my room. Only problem was that I had to call the front desk twice for kids running and playing in the hall at 10pm. Other than that nice hotel."

"Overall, It was a good experience. They have a hotel policy that requires anyone who lives within 50-60 miles to have a $150 cash deposit. When I asked if that was on the booking site, I was told it’s a hotel policy and that information is not on 3rd party sites. That type of information needs to be on every site that is promoting this hotel so that guest are prepared. That’s not fair for someone to book a stay and then be told to pay that amount of money in cash once they arrive."

"It was generally an okay accommodation however I requested a non smoking room and got one but the room had a stench of smoke that affected my asthma all of the two nights thus preventing me from sleeping well. I had to go buy a room refresher to minimize the smell. I guess overall it was not a bad accommodation but it is important to emphasize to clients who smoke that they cannot smoke in non smoking rooms to avoid those of us who are sensitive to smoke to breathe some proper air"

"They run a very strict program. No accommodations or late check out. Price was ridiculous but there was a concert and many cancelled flights and its as if they knew to price gouge. They walk by your room starting at 10 to make sure your prepared to be out by 11. Flight got cancelled needed a place to stay but unless you have no other options…. Try elsewhere"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. The room was very clean and roomy. My daughters enjoyed it! They had an amazing breakfast, buffet style. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. The location was so close to family we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Overall, the facilities was very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They just did not clean my rooms every other day. No vacuum, no bringing me any of the towels or washcloths. As x I had to get them myself from the front desk, I had to enter my own trash and take it to the dumpster other than that, my stay was amazing.The food yes wonderful thank you"

"Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well. Pool completely closed off. This hotel is a total dump."

"There was a cockroach in the room, the tv didn’t work, it was generally creepy and there wasn’t a toplock for the door so I had to push a table against the door because someone could actually just walk in. For a woman traveling by herself, it was an actual nightmare. Go to the sleep inn, atleast your door is inside and it’s probably cleaner."

She’s not very pleasant.
