"The hotel didn’t tell us they’re renovating, one day we didn’t have water, another day there was no hot water for the shower, and the front desk won’t pick up our calls. It was terrible. It ruined our vacation."

"This was a very cool place to stay on our quick trip to Austin! If you are into retro stylings and re-purposing old buildings, this is the perfect place for you! Be aware the rooms do feel a bit barebone, however I believe it is intentionally stylized that way. It is quite a different experience, since all the interior walls and floors are cement block and concrete! The onsite restaurant and coffee house are quite excellent, in fact the coffee house is quite popular with the general public, so it can be quite busy at times. Also , I was taken off guard by the $25 dollar a day "Destination Fee" but I guess I should have read the fine print.... All-in-all it was a unique and enjoyable experience in a very chill atmosphere, and I would highly recommend!"
