"Hotel is in a good location. Pool was out of action for the 11 nights in which I stayed. Food menu was limited and average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "

"Exceptional experience "

"Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. "My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house."

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night."
