"Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning architecture on the exterior, interior design is something out of a movie - just exceptionally nice. Flawlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was beyond nice. AND it’s not that expensive. This is a 5 star level hotel for the price of a less than desirable hotel back in the states. Info indicates it may be walking distance to the main part of the city - it is not. But you can walk for 10 minutes and hop on the tram very easily. Overall an amazing experience. "

"Hotel Odin was a good choice for Gothenburg, price included Breakfast, Fika & dinner. Breakfast had a variety for everyone, dinner is a set meal changed each day with a menu board at front desk to tell you what it is. If you didn't like it then you didn't have much choice but to eat out this was fine for me as I never actually planned to have dinner at the hotel. I had a superior room which was spacious, could be slightly updated in certain areas but no issues overall with it. My only slight negative would be that prior to staying I read that kitchen equipment would be provided free of charge for stays over 5 nights or a 300 krona charge if you wanted it. I assumed this would mean pots, pans and general cooking equipment but it meant everything. The room has no glasses, no plates, bowls, no cutlery, I think some cutlery is the bare minimum that should be provided even free of charge and in the end I had to go take some from the hotel dining area."
