"first of all it should never be listed, the building is in bad condition, the windows are falling, there is no aircondition considering it was 98 deg outside, the place was not clean
I would not rate it any star.
Expedia should take them off the hotels
It is sad to call it a hotel."

"There was nothing LUX about it. We were in an outside room. We had to walk up a flight with a rail and then up another flight of metal stair to get to the room. On opening the door we were met with the overwhelming smell of a deoderiser that was actually hiding the damo smell. The room was clean but the bathroom had a chipped basin, cracked floor & wall tilea. The shower cubicle was coming loose from the wall. There was mold on the tiles and door resessers and ceiling. Ventalation was poor in...

"Advertised pictures look more neat than the actual place. Cupboards had no shelves but only hanger rails. Bathroom basin slightly blocked (water slowly drained).
No PARKING at Facility! Used nearby dodgy parking facility charged per day and night!
Hotel cleaners not trusted, watch chargers got stolen. Spoiled my running experience during comrades with low charged running watch. Security manager informed and didn’t help, not even to view camera footage. I doubt the cameras even works.

"Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. The management was immediately notified but ignored my wife’s request to move the taxi. Only when...

"I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more.
The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed.
The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...
