"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We ordered food in the afternoon, and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. However, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We called the front desk to report the problem, but unfortunately, no one ever came to check it. Our experience at the restaurant that evening was also disappointing. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and were told that the kitchen was already closed. At the same time, we could clearly see that food was still being served to other guests until about 10:45 p.m. We also ordered two cocktails, but they never arrived. After waiting for a while with no service, we decided to leave the restaurant and have dinner elsewhere. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the excellent breakfast. However, the lack of follow-up regarding the air conditioning and the poor service at the restaurant that night negatively affected our stay."
