"This was a complete hotel package. It got it all and checked all the boxes. Rooms were clean, spacious and well insulated. Beds were comfortable and soft. Bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing I disliked was that the shower area don't have a door or enclosure or curtain without which using the shower leaves a massive puddle and poses a safety hazard. Breakfast was terrific. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the Milk factory thoroughly."

"While the room itself was good and well stocked, while checking out we were not able to get the key box open and did not find anyone since there is no reception. Finally had to hand the key off to a cleaning lady."
