No internet; dryer broken and management refused to refund lost money and did not hang "broken" sign up to warn others. Lousy breakfast and even worse coffee.

The front desk staff was not professional and was rude. I booked two queen size beds and was given a king bed with sofa. When I asked about changing my room the desk staff on duty said she don't get paid enough to go back and forth and eventually changed my room. This was not acceptable to treat consumers this way. Front desk staff mentioned because I purchased my room through a third party the king size bed was booked. Front desk staff was not polite.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Only problem was stained sheets on one bed. Booked same room two days later sheets still on the bed.

Light over jacuzzi did not work. The dresser drawers were shot. The breakfast was yuk. (except for the cereal). There was no fruit and the eggs tasted too salty. The staff were pleasant. The rooms were clean. The overall stay was good.

Checked in late in the evening due to a late flight in. I was told I could enter the side of the bldg to get to my room since it was closer. Outside door was not secured, opened up without a key. Got in room and was going to shower but there was hair, dirt and rust in the shower. No exhaust fan and very dim lighting. So passed on the shower then the bed had 4 small square pillows, not normal standard size. Also, holes in the sheets. Would not recommend this place unless your other option is sleeping outside under a bridge. Would give no stars if possible.

Not sure how this hotel got so many good ratings but it was gross. On a road trip my husband and I needed someplace to stay so it was a late night check in. I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel but it was worse than I thought it would be. The pillows and blankets had stains on them and all of the surfaces were sticky. I put my leather purse on top of the tv stand and it sounded like Velcro when I picked it up. I literally slept in my clothes. Worst hotel stay ever.

The property smelled like smoke. Our friends bathroom had a leak from above and the ceiling started falling, so they had to share ours. The rooms are dated. It cost cheaper and you could tell.

It’s in a great location. Plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The hotel was clean. Affordable option. Excellent front desk service. However, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast. It was simple. I would stay again

They don’t disclose fee for pets before booking
So, they let us check in early since we were traveling with animals but they did not tell us at check in that there was a pet fee (per animal) and although I told them that my cats were ESA’s for my husband and I, they still charged us. They also charged more than what my trip said when I booked it. AND I had to pay for part of it in cash due to the change in price, and they still continued to charge my card for the difference. Not only did they get the full payment at check in, but also charged me the difference that I paid in cash repeatedly and it went through twice, over drafting my account. It could have been cleaner but I have seen worse too. I won’t complain for the price but I doubt I will return.

Good stay but skip breakfast.
Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Customer service at the front desk is marginal. She didn’t even get up to check us in. Breakfast is kind of gross with a tub of butter and jar of jam in the fridge. Have we not learn anything during the pandemic? If they are trying to save money on breakfast, they should just not offer it.

Very nice property no noise or road traffic. Rooms are clean and elevator is in working condition. Overall I would recommend this place.

Very disappointing
This hotel should not be rated at an 8.4. It is a 5 at best. Positives: close to restaurants and shopping, bed was comfortable. Negatives: customer service at check in ( the person couldn’t care less, said there were no extra blankets, offered us a decorative throw, didn’t even stand up, I had to practically climb over the counter to give her my ID). Was given an old,tired, room, chicklet sized pillows, frosted up fridge, gross tub with pink old on shower, black mold in the caulking, towels were old and thin. Room was not soundproof as there was someone pacing the floor above us all night long it seemed. Breakfast was ok…but not sanitary, probably not up to health department code. Mini fridge contained a jug of milk, a tub of margarine, a jar of grape jelly from Walmart. No napkins, just a role of paper towels. Just weird, obviously trying to save money. At check out, I was asked how my stay was. Manager told me there were better rooms he could give us next time. My sense was because I reserved on a booking site, we were assigned a sub par area of the hotel. Nope, there won’t be a next time.

Black mold in the air vent. Rust and ripped shower mat. Broken furniture. Stains on the sheets. What looked like spilled coffee/liquid on the whole side of the night stand. The lock on the door was coming off. The entire lobby smelled like whatever the person was eating at the front desk. He also got his food on my papers.

We had a terrible stay at the Quality Inn in Stafford, VA. We were given room 116 that is against the elevator mechanical room. 3 or 4 times during the night, we would hear what sounded like a loud pump running for several minutes. On top of that, the heating system was antiquated and made an insane amount of noise. I had to turn it down to help us sleep. The dresser’s top surface was sticky, not sure why. And finally, the wifi was not working anywhere. No wonder why there was no wifi password! I don’t know how the staff can assign that room to any customer.

We stayed overnight while traveling from Florida. The place was overall clean, although there was a general smell throughout the hotel while we walked from the lobby to the room that wasn’t pleasant. Once we were in our room we didn’t have any problems. We left early in the morning.

The smell of the room was so overwhelming that I had an asthma attack. I conveyed this concern to the front desk and I was told the room was recently sprayed with chemicals. I’m still experiencing headaches from that horrible chemical smell.

Start with positives
One of the best beds I have slept on in a hotel. Comfortable, clean and soft sheets! Lobby area was bright and clean. Shower was clean and water pressure was good. Great location right off 95 with lots of shopping and eating close by. So the check-in was okay, given no information though and not real welcoming - maybe she was new? The room was handicap accessible - not great if you don’t need it. The chair in the room was so disgusting I wouldn’t let my dog on it. Overall the breakfast wasn’t bad but it was early and it wasn’t very hot. We could hear our neighbors too easily. Baby fussing until 10-11 PM.

We were booked into a handicapped-accessible unit though we didn't request it. The tub shower was not accessible to anyone with physically challenges. It had a high step-in height and the only grab-bar was on the wall under the showerhead. A painting that had apparently fallen off the wall above the bed was simply left leaning against a wall. Check-in staff couldn't be bothered to stand-up when we entered at about 5pm. She remained seated for the entire process and was not at all friendly. Free breakfast omelets were cold at 7:15am, the cheese hadn't even melted inside and there was no staff around replacing food. Disappointing stay overall.
