Several things stood out to us: first, upon checking in the front desk staff placed us in a quiet room located at the end of a hallway. This was very considerate, as there were numerous young families staying at this hotel (it was school vacation week). Second, our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. "This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay."

"The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. "

"A+ service, room we stayed in was perfect size with king bed. had an issue with heater first night but Inn Keeper was great to deal with and provided alternative heat source on first evening plus they have working fireplace (bonus++). We stayed 3 nights and just enjoyed ourselves during our visit. would definitely stay here again."

"This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there."
