1. Mitsis Selection Rinela

Hersonissos

"I spent one week at Mitsis resort in October 2026. Unfortunately, despite booking a Superior Double Sea View room, my initial experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was allocated room 306 on the ground floor. The balcony faced the wall of another building, with no sea view at all (see photo). As this was not what I had booked, I had to complain to reception and request a room change. The next day, I was offered the only alternative, room 739 on the first floor, which at least provided a...

"Wir und unser Hund hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Knossos Beach. Wir duften unseren Hund mit an den Strand und in den Aussenbereich des Restaurants nehmen, sodass er nicht allein im Zimmer bleiben musste. Das herzliche Personal (Anastasia und ihre Kollegen) im Buffetrestaurant hat den Urlaub für uns noch schöner gemacht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir würden wieder kommen."

Hersonissos

"Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby."

"I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to...
