When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

"I was put across the hall with someone who had a noisy dog. There were plenty of empty rooms in the hotel and I really needed a good night sleep. I could have easily been put in a room upstairs where the coming and going and barking of the dog would not have awakened and disturbed me. "
