"The surface"

"Stayed for 2 nights BB and couldn’t fault it, front desk were pleasant and alway helpful, along with the staff in the restaurant. Bed was massive, and comfortable. Everything you needed was in your room. This hotel is close to the park & ride, so very handy for getting in and out of Oxford, and last bus runs till after 11pm. "

"The staff were so friendly, rooms were clean but a little dated. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Loved the pool and steam rooms The outdoor seating area could do with a spruce up Overall great stay "
