"Lovely setting, and wonderful opportunity to pop next door to see the raptors (and to hear them during your stay!). The accommodation is basic (think university halls of residence) but a reasonable size, the bathroom of the unit we had was huge. Bedding was clearly very clean and there were plenty of towels supplied. Bit tricky (ie impossible) to seat three people at the table - there were two chairs and a stool from the dressing table we could have used, but the table was tiny. There was...

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

"Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. "
