"Loved the feeling of an older motel that has been very well maintained. Bathroom fixtures are still the solid old chrome, not the cheap new fixtures used today. The room size was amazing. Also appreciated the free coffee maker, tea and water in the room. The bed mattress was also very nice. The people at the front desk were really exceptionally helpful when I learned the airport shuttle doesn't start until 6 AM. My flight was to depart at 5:30 AM. They arranged a taxi. "Spectacular staff!! Great breakfast. Clean facility including rooms, entry, meeting halls, fitness room and pool area. Wifi and TV, which I paid for, was intermittent. I don’t watch much TV but could not get it to work half the time."

"The place looks wonderful with good breakfast included. However they are understaffed. The front desk once told me he was by himself so he couldn’t help us yet. The pool would have been nice but the benches and lounges were not maintained and broken down and we got bug bites after staying there. Hope they take this seriously it would be a waste."

"It was frustrating. I had two main things I wanted to do: get some work done and watch the World Cup. The Wi-Fi was atrocious and I had to use my cell service, which was also pretty bad though not their fault. The TV kept needing to be logged in or would switch inputs or just stopped working. And then even though it was off, the TV turned on in the middle of the night, a bright white shining light, like a beacon for ships from Hawaii to find their way to the hotel. It made no sense. "I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."
