Room is stinky and it smells weed strongly. They need to improve their housekeeping. Also, staff is not so friendly. I wish they’re more accommodating and warm in welcoming their guests.

This place was not clean. Read through the reviews and believe them. The floor was sticky, corner floors had dirt. The shower was gross and curtain was dirty. We also seen a small little friend run across the bathroom floor. They also charge a cash deposit and $30/hr to check in early. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid this property; it is a case of extreme false advertisement, as the photos posted online look nothing like the actual rooms. Upon entering, I found the room in a disgusting state with dirty sheets already on the bed and visible mold covering the shower head. The entire space was filthy, and the hardware for the desk, table, and chairs was broken, dirty, and completely banged up. Even the door handle was broken, but more concerningly, the door was missing its locking bar, which made the room feel incredibly unsafe. The safety concerns didn't end there. At one point, over six police cars were on the property for a significant amount of time, and there was a man loitering outside for hours who seemed like a regular; based on the environment, I wouldn't be surprised if drugs were being sold right outside. To top it off, the hotel runs what feels like a total scam regarding deposits. Although Expedia lists that they take credit cards, they demanded a cash deposit and conveniently pointed me toward their on-site ATM, which of course comes with a fee, luckily I had enough cash to cover it. The deposit is completely pointless because the room is already in shambles, and they didn't even bother to check the room's condition before returning the money. There are so many other options for places to stay in this area; please, look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

The rooms were filthy and run down (not at all like the pictures). Our doors wouldnt lock properly, and sounded like they were being tampered with in the night. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. They staff kept canceling my friends room whole we were actively staying and moved her twice in 3 days. It was a nightmare.

It was ok, decent accommodations for the cheapest price around. I thought that it was odd that there was no card in the room to hang on the door saying "privacy please or maid service please". My room was never cleaned nor did I get new towels or anything during my 4 night stay. It's not that bad, but it might be nice to have sometimes.

ATROCIOUS!!! I stayed here 2 years ago and it was nice! Now it is HORRIBLE! There were two positive --- the housekeeper was great and they HAVE DIRECT TV! But get this: The TV screen in the room had a cigarette burn hole in the middle! See pictures!

They have an ice machine but it doesn't WORK!

All these wires and the cable box is in no position to receive the remote signal!

I saw needles outside in the parking lot. And a prostitute women walking half naked. I informed hotels.com about the situation and received zero help. They only wanted to refund me 25 dollars for the 200 I prepaid. I did not stay in the hotel due to safety reasons. I was even told to not cancel the reservation. After so much going back and forth they agreed to refund 100 dollars. Keeping 100. So thats it. Thats the service I got for expressing the unsafety conditions and fearing.
