The breakfast was good. The first room we checked out had a broken bathroom mirror and the king bed was very soft and lumpy. The second room we ended up staying in ended up having bedbugs.

A hotel should not book rooms that are not fully ready to be used. There was no closet. No closet bar, no hangers. No hairdryer. No laundry bag. No exhaust fan cover in the bathroom. There was no counter to place toiletries on the sink while getting ready. The tiles in the shower near the drain stuck ...
