"Computer system at this Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I had paid for 2 nights on Monday April 27, covering April 27 and 28. However after morning errands I returned to my room and found that I was locked out. Front counter staff claimed that I had not paid for April 28. So I contacted Citi Bank and found that I had paid for both days on April 27. Clerk finally allowed me to stay. I will not return."

"It is a little difficult to find using your GPS. Once there the facilities were great! The downer was booking the room through Expedia. I missed out on a 15% (AARP, Military, and Educators) discount.
Next time I recommend Senior Citizens use Expedia to find the best rate for the room you want. Get the name, address, and phone number for the desk clerk at the hotel (not their reservation desk!), ask if the rate Expedia is quoting includes Tax and Fees!"
"The property is a little bit older, but the pricing is so favorable for us that the value was incredibly good. You can find a nicer place to stay, but add significantly more expense. The staff was attentive and responded to all of our questions and request very favorably. We would definitely come to this place again as long as the pricing remains similar to what it is right now."
