Non riesco a capire perché gli hotel continuino a mettere la moquette nelle camere. Se c’è un motivo logico, che a me sfugge, allora almeno dovrebbero mantenerla pulita e sostituirla spesso. Da ristrutturare.

Cienkie ściany i słychać rozmowy z sąsiednich pokojów. Przydałoby się odnowić pokój i łazienkę. Dobre i spore śniadanie. Nie korzystałem ze spa.

Przestarzała infrastruktura, nie polecam

Nie polecam, infrastruktura hotelu jest już mocno przestarzała, nie odpowiada cenie i rzekomo oferowanemu standardowi hotelu. Hotel nadaje się do gruntownego odświeżenia. Nad zdjęciami pokojów zamieszczonych w ofercie musiał mocno pracować fotograf. Co mnie bardzo zdenerwowało, w ofercie na Hotels.com jest napisane: "bezpłatna woda butelkowana w pokoju". W pokoju okazuje się, że woda jest... dodatkowo płatna, a był to pokój najwyższego standardu, "Deluxe". Dla mnie jest to po prostu śmieszne, odwiedzam kilka hoteli miesięcznie i nigdy nie spotkałem się z czymś takim. Poza tym w ofercie pokoju jest rzekomo "telewizja satelitarna". Niestety również jest to kłamstwo jest wyłącznie zwykła, naziemna telewizja, która jeszcze jest na starym TV przez dodatkowym dekoderem. Przy takiej kwocie za pokój w takiej lokalizacji moim zdaniem takie rzeczy nie powinny mieć miejsca. Co mnie również oburzyło, hotel skanuje dowody osobiste gości specjalną maszynką, to również jest dla mnie niedopuszczalne, gdyż nie wiem co się dalej dzieje z tym skanem, czym innym jest sprawdzenie dowodu, spisanie danych, a czym innym skan dowodu, również nie spotkałem się z tym w żadnym innym hotelu. Na plus śniadanie, całkiem miła obsługa. Niemniej generalne wrażenie jest bardzo negatywne i nie polecam hotelu i sam również tam nie wrócę.

Slaby stosunek ceny do jakości

Stosunek ceny do jakości nie jest najwyższy, za tą cenę w innych lokalizacjach, nawet większych miastach pokoje są w dużo lepszym stanie. Nie jestem zadowolony z pobytu, chociaż obsługa była życzliwa i wszystko było profesjonalnie. Pokoje są trochę zaniedbane, w pokoju byla uszkodzona komoda poklejona jakimiś taśmami, a pokoj był niby "Deluxe".

Zamówiłam kilka pokoi o standardzie premium, niestety każdy był zupełnie inny. Dodatkowo w części w szafach panował nieprzyjemny zapach.

Odnowiony hotel w z dobrą restauracją i SPA

Hotel odnowiony, widać różnicę pomiędzy standardowym pokojem, deluxe a apartamentem. Urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie oraz dania obiadowe. Uprzejma I pomocna obsługa. Woda butelkowana w pokoju, parking ani wejście do SPA nie są wliczone w cenę pobytu.
