"I really like this hotel. Everyone is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The rooms have everything you can look for or want from a nice hotel. There are two general buildings- the old one where Mozart stayed in suite 213 (from 1700s, which has no elevator) and the newer one (with an elevator and I think 4 floors) perhaps with the past 200 years. I stayed in the loft of the old one, and even when I was offered to move to the newer building, I thought my room was simply too charming to give up (albeit smaller and only side and top windows). Breakfast was also reasonably good. I would stay there again. The location is premium!"

"Superb location, fantastic building, good breakfast, great chef, the bathroom could have a step stool (the tab wall is as tall as the Great Wall of China), shower bracket and better curtain, but I can live with that and maybe it’s normal in Prague, staff can pay more attention to guests, no kidding the tips are automatically included in the check, they don’t need to deserve them, so they definitely don’t try. Again, location, room, food, views are all stars."
