"Solo trip, loved the convenient location to the riverside shops & restaurants, as well as all the squares and historical homes. I had a corner room on the 2nd floor, lovely decorated and quiet at night. The daily maid service is an excellent touch, not done in larger hotels. The drink station (coffee, water & sodas) is great. Nightly you can have one free beer or wine at the bar. Would recommend and stay again!"

"I loved the rooms, the grounds, and the Inn overall was beautifully decorated. My husband and I booked the Forsythe room. The daily breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the baked goods the staff prepared every day as a treat for the guests. The owners were very nice and put a lot of time and attention into making this a great place to stay. "We enjoyed our stay. The air-conditioning was turned up so high, and there was a vent over our bed blowing cold air on us all night long, which made it a little uncomfortable. I’m not a huge fan of the self check in. I stay at bed-and-breakfasts to be welcomed by a person. We had a bit of an issue, gaining Entry and had to call the number given. "The Bellwether property and staff are amazing. They truly make you feel at home in a beautiful setting in Savannah. The location is excellent, so close to Forsyth park and the downtown area, but away from too many crowds to make it peaceful and enjoyable. Paul, Matt and Scarlett were excellent hosts. Breakfast was outstanding with so many options. We also loved the Tea Time snacks and Champagne toast. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Room 102 had a four posted bed (photo)and was very nice. The room has no exterior windows so it was extremely dark well after sunrise. A portable plug in night light may be helpful to maneuver in the room while your partner sleeps. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. See photos. The only down side was that during our June trip the room seemed very damp and a bit musty. A dehumidifier may be useful."

"Lovely stay. Great location, 5 minutes from Forsyth Park. Room was charming & clean, with lots of antiques. Perfect, cool temperature. Breakfast was delicious, with a continental bar of yogurts, muffins etc available. & a served, plated breakfast. The plated breakfast was hot & home-cooked, great quality. The dessert hour was super tasty as well. Check in was smooth. Lively farmers/artisan market on Saturday mornings at the park, must do! Bonus for the local cat garden nearby - so sweet!!...
