"Great clean rooms and cleaning services, clean property. Refrigerators are vey convenient. Great breakfast and awesome location next to Whole Foods. Some of the food and beverage staff members could be more welcoming - working in hospitality it’s kinda expected, but I understand they could have had a run in with unruly guests - it happens. Overall I would stay again, Element is always a very good option for the price. I only wish there was a pool 😎"

"We traveled from the small town of Lawrenceville, VA with the 434 Elite AAU Basketball Team, and our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I give it a 1000/1000 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

"I have stayed at several Tru hotels now and have had amazing experiences - Lake Pointe was no different! The staff did a great job explaining what was where since they are combined with a 2nd hotel. Parking was a breeze by scanning a QR code and entering in plate info.

"Some of the best staff I have ever come across at a hotel. Very accommodating and friendly. They all went out of their way to make sure the guests needs were met. The hotel was full and everything went off just fine.
The rooms were clean and the hotel was very well maintained. The only knock I would give the hotel is their fitness center wasn't good at all. However, most hotel fitness centers aren't that good. So, they are in great company, I guess.
