"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

History museum, Central Park, Juilliard etc.. a wondeful market and gourmet grocery store directly across the street. Will definitley be going back

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away.
I will definitely be staying there again.
Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."

"We used to stay at the Knickerbocker in midtown A year ago we stayed in an air b and B on the upper west side. While in the neighborhood we passed by the Bellaclaire—a beautiful building. We now stay there every time we are in New York—-4 times a year
The neighborhood is great Two grocery stores in walking distance ., 2 movie theaters, a Barnes and Noble a many great restaurants. The 72nd street subway is4 blocks away and connects you withe time Square and the rest of New York City

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it.
