"The staff was exceptional - holding all doors open for you, hailing a taxi, greeting you with a smile, and by name, keeping the rooms very clean as well as the breakfast and 24/7 snack area. "I loved my stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I paid extra to be on a high floor, the view was worth it!
