"They have a small parking lot which is a lot better than no parking lot in NY, so parking was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that's included is great. It feels like not a lot of hotels include breakfast anymore so this was a huge plus. The common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean. The only thing I'd put in the suggestion box is; in the bathroom of our room where the toilet paper holder is screwed on it's a little bit too far. I had to give a good stretch while sitting...

"Solid little hotel and a great option for south Brooklyn (there aren't many). The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were soft. "I needed somewhere to stay in the area. There were very limited options. This was very bare bones but I was most concerned it would be dirty or smelly. IT WAS VERY CLEAN. NICE BATHROOM. BEDS WERE FRESH AND CLEAN LINENS. AC WAS SUPER COLD (great for the hot summer). I am used to really nice hotels but did not have a choice here and I was very surprised that all the basic needs exceeded expectations."
