"Enjoyed my stay"

"The room was clean and updated, so that was nice. However, we found the bed to be very firm and the pillows to be thin and scratchy. The parking lot was a bit tight, but manageable. However, if you're planning to charge your EV - know that the charger's down a steep-ish hill behind the building and there's not much room to turn around. Depending where your charge port is this may be a challenge. I didn't get to use the charger as there was already another EV there. Also - the WiFi was ABYSMALLY slow. I'm talking under 3Mbps - wired or wireless (there was an Ethernet jack in the room). I don't know if they just don't pay for enough speed from their provider or if they're limiting the speed per device, but it's awful. Couldn't stream anything and I would imagine using a VPN for work or otherwise would be painful. So overall we probably wouldn't choose to stay here again, but if your budget's tight and you need to stay in this part of Brooklyn, it will get the job done. Just not overly well."

"The property is near my daughter, so I would be glad to stay there again. The location was good and everything was clean. Some of the cleaning chemicals were pungent, and that needs to be addressed. Also, the breakfast cut too many corners on quality. Still, I'd do it again."

"The room was in excellent condition. I didn't meet the staff except for the person at the front desk who was pleasant and professional. I got in very late and left and went out early the next day. I even left early on my last day because I left my charger at home and needed to urgently recharge my cell phone. I couldn't speak on the parking, because I didn't need parking because I took a taxi to the hotel, and also Flatbush is a very busy Avenue, with public and private transportation. As for the Air conditioning, it was not needed during the time I was there, however there was an air - conditioning unit in the room. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room, bed, linens, floor, bathroom, refrigerator, towels were super clean. I definitely like the environment as well because of the easy access to restaurants, stores and transportation This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will come back again."

"Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options, options were limited to cereal and muffins."
