Parking is first come first serve, we lucked out! Very low key hotel, not always a staff at front desk. Did the job for the night. The pull out beds are twin size which threw us off. Only one elevator for the facility. But the subway was a short walk away.

We needed a place to stay after our flight was cancelled. What a nice surprise. It was easy to get to from the subway (36th street yellow train). It was near a diner and several places to get supplies. We did our laundry at the big place within sight of the hotel. I would stay here again when we visit Brooklyn again. Thanks to the front desk staff for being helpful!

The internet doesn't work and neither does the television that my stay was very boring since I couldn't distract my mind, Apart from that, the space in the room is too small for the big bed, it hit my legs twice on a table badly located in the little space.

This was an awful experience! I had to be in NYC for work and I did not sleep a wink in this hotel. Literally people partying all night and the front desk staff were rude. It takes a lot for me to give a poor review but this place is a nightmare. I think I deserve a refund to be honest.
