"I usually do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel I have no choice in the matter. I arrived for a 2 night stay in a King Harbor Suite on Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. "Clean, beautiful hotel in the best neighborhood. Staff is friendly and we loved that they offered “social hour” with a free drink every day for guests and left water bottles and little chocolates or caramels by the bed after turn down service. Only thing lacking was a treadmill in the gym for my husband but they offered gym passes to a local gym a few blocks away"

"The staff was so lovely! The location is great-I could walk everywhere, and never felt unsafe. (Very important when I’m traveling alone.)
The only improvement that could be made is to soundproof a little better."
