We head back into the office and let them front desk know about our room situation. The manager was already in the room along with the front desk person. "Good location, off the fwy. Variety of food places walking distance. Property overall ok not sure if it was busy season but the hallways were pretty messy left with lots of trash and wet towels. Big NEGATIVE- NO elevators were FUNCTIONING. We Traveled with little Kids and hauling baggage, ice chest, stroller and kids up and down the stairs was not cool."

"Place is okay- stayed for two nights and figured they would clean trash and put more towels in room since I saw staff going into the room when we left for the day, but nothing was done. Trash was still there and no new towels where put in the room. Showered my children in the afternoon and had to ask front desk for more towels, and they only had pool towels. Power cards were locked after the first night so had to go back to front desk to get access to my room."
