2. Bakery got order wrong 3 days out of 5, and is very disorganised
3. No fridge in room. The hotel is advertised as a small luxury hotel. A fridge is a basic thing but was sadly lacking"

"Great stay. Third time at the Renaissance. Can't beat the convince of the location. Transportation options are very accessible. Check in can be busy at times but Jaziah took good care of me at the reception desk. Ambience was very good on level 5 bar and restaurant. Can be a bit crowded at times. Daily discount vouchers are very welcomed addition. And you can't beat the views if you are blessed with a higher floor. Would stay again...my go to spot in Harlem."
