"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

"The breakfast and main office was very nice. The housekeeping and maintenance staff was terrible. The shampoo and conditioners were not changed from the previous guests, the remote control had dead batteries, they barely gave any towels, the sheets had some stains, the tv had the channels all labeled incorrectly and it just seemed very shabby. The mirror had a steam feature and lights that were pretty cool though."

"We arrived at 3 pm and stayed in room 410. The check in staff were well versed and had us checked in quickly.
The Good:
The room was surprisingly large, well lit and clean.
Nice touch was the air purifier.
Bed was comfortable. And hot water was hot.
The annoying. Two things.
The door into the shower/toilet area was to big to get in without stepping to the side. That sounds not so bad, but I did end up getting my small toe crushed in the door and needed to bandage it.
