"I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat."

"Die Qualität und die Auswahl von Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich schlecht und entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Hotel
Der Pool war zu kalt und der Wellness Bereich nicht einladend (alles sehr karg ohne Atmosphäre)
Im Restaurant mussten Getränke immer direkt bezahlt werden, obwohl wir bei der Buchung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen mussten
Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam, beim Frühstück war die Kellnerin alleine total überfordert, es wurde früh wie abends nur schlecht bzw auf Nachfrage...
