"Room had a a bug in the bed , they had to move us as soon as we got there, there was a fowl humid smell in room and air didn’t work. The other room when the shower was on, the pipes made a horrific noise my husband said it was air in the pipes. And the second room we were moved I also had a smell. I think they should remove carpets. Towels had hair so I don’t know the last time they wash. Overall I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one had to be told. The breakdowns the staff was great...

"I stayed at Element New York Wood-Ridge for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the photos online — a lot of the advertising felt misleading.
The continental breakfast shown in the pictures was nothing like what was actually offered. Most of the bagels were individually wrapped, there were no bacon or ham options, the portions were small, the coffee tasted terrible, and there was barely any fruit available.
