"Folks … not a knock on the hotel itself but on Expedia. The Expedia app’s chat function does not work properly and the communication with the hotel itself in advance will be screwed up. Just reach out to the hotel directly and they’ll help you out with entrance details and such. Great place to stay when in Capitol Hill and environs. Happy to return !"

"Great location and awesome front desk staff. Loved the water in the lobby and the coffee until noon. If you are leaving at checkout time (11 am) and are in a hurry, I recommend leaving early. The elevator is small and we were on the 3rd floor. Four full elevators passed us by. We finally took our luggage down the stairs ourselves. This is certainly not the property’s fault. Just a note for future travelers."

"The list of things that were bad is fairly long. 1. The air conditioning didn't work and I was told they were "in the process" of changing over from heating to air conditioning. 2. We did not have hot water in the shower. 3. It was LOUD. There was construction outside starting at 4 am and because we had to have the window open to try not to sweat to death we were awake from 4 am on. 4. Only one elevator worked. 5. The front staff was unhelpful. I asked where the stairs were and, honest to god, she said she didn't know. We left early it was so bad. 6. The room was TINY. I'm only 5'2" and I had to kind of duck to get around the end of the bed to avoid hitting the TV. 7. The internet wasn't consistent and so the TV wouldn't work. The only positive I can say is that the bed was comfortable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
