"Shower did not drain, towels had holes, breakfast was old and dry. Couldn’t get in through the front automatic door on multiple occasions. "

"The breakfast food, choices & staff were wonderful. Very clean & fully stocked & fresh/hot. The main complaint would be, on Sunday evening, we went to the pool as usual, but Sunday, the hot tub was FILTHY & the pool was over chlorinated. The water was so cloudy in the pool & the hot tub, you could see dirt & when turned oned on, it stirred up dirt, smelled & no bubbles, just foam. The other thing would be the pool water for the 3 days was cold. One last thing, not enough outlets for plugging in electronics, etc... Staff was wonderful, helpful & overall & very nice stay! We would stay again! "

"Parking was convenient, check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Just wish they had coffee available in the lobby all the time and wish the restaurant/bar opened before 5. Beds/rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful about accommodating our requests (our friends' too)."

"We stayed at this house for a short vacation, and we liked almost everything about it—the cleanliness, the organization, and the decor were lovely. The Jacuzzi was perfect in both size and functionality; while it would have been even better during warmer weather rather than such cold conditions, it still exceeded our expectations. We also made use of the grill and the fire pit, both of which worked very well. There were just a few minor details that weren't quite as pleasing to the eye—some items appeared a bit dated (such as the toilet), and the interiors of the cooking pots were showing signs of wear. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked with some spices and coffee, though I did feel there was a rather limited supply. Overall, however, it was a great stay; the area was quiet and free of noise. We only wish the check-out time had been a bit later so we could have rested a little longer. Aside from that, we definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot where you can feel right at home."

"Breakfast was cereal only(raisin bran, fruitloops and instant oatmeal) coffee and apple juice. Disappointed! Room and beds were nice, bathroom needed a little an attention for age and cleanliness. The refrigerator was noisy. "
