"First of all, the neighborhood where this hotel is located, is not the safest feeling or looking. If you are not familiar with New York, this is not the hotel for you. Next, the windows do not block out the street noise. Saturday night, music was loud and going until around 2 am, there was no way to sleep. The ac in our room was super cold and could not be adjusted or turned off. So we slept with hoodies for the first night. The next night, it was fixed Andre we notified the attendant. No hair...

"Arrived at night, was given a smaller room than I booked, the bed had not been cleaned, there was a dirty towel from the previous person on my bed as well but I was not able to ask the cleaners for fresh sheets until they cleaned the room the next morning. Purple stains on the sheets from the previous person when I checked in. Saw a cockroach on my outfit, as well as another roach in the bathroom. Took pictures of both the stains and the cockroach. Emailed the hotel to notify them of the issues...
