"I loved the stay, it was more of the attitude from the lady in reception. Checked in was ok, but when she was letting me know the rules I already knew, she got kind of loud and a bit nasty. Other than that, everything was clean and the Ac/Heater works very well. Not everyone is the same so please don’t be nasty when people check in."

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."
