The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia. "

"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! "This was an amazing spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Puglia. Although it is remarkably quiet it is not far from the civilisation. However the reason for coming is to be away from it all.
