"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room and all of the common areas were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. It was also quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. "Charging a "resort fee" is wild. Obviously that means the coffee isn't complimentary. The waitress in the bistro forgot to put my husband's breakfast in, there was only one other person in the bistro. Otherwise, the room was spacious, bed super comfortable, bathroom was really clean, and the staff was very kind and accommodating."

"Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"I recently stayed at the Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland and my girls and I had a great experience. I arrived before check in and the staff graciously allowed me to park my rental car early, which was a huge convenience and a great first impression.
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was spacious with a kitchenette that made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of many great restaurants.
I would definitely stay here...
