"Even though I had to get my car out of the garage at 5:30 am the valet didn't show up until 6am.
They could not find the second set of keys to open the Key cabinet so I was late for my surgery. The guy was working the overnight shift so it wasn't like he was starting work.
Otherwise this is my hidden gem in Boston"

"My review is solely based on the room. On a stay of 4 days, I'd rate it at 3/5. Possibly a bit lower based on the cost.
The room was decent, met our needs for the visit.
Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. I asked the front desk about that and was only provided with, a smaller pot pan. Good thing there was a Target nearby to buy my own saute/frying pan.

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. Then they told me they were at capacity and had no other rooms, but they could make the change if I came back the next day. This same conversation happened...

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning.
Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.
