"This hotel is superbly located next to an MTR station and right above a big shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk to Mong Kok using the connected walkway and it's only 10-15 minutes from laundry shops. There is housekeeping every day and I would use the gym most days, it is on the 8th floor with the swimming pool - quite a decent sized gym and open all day every day. There is not much noise in the rooms even though the hotel is so big, and the room is quite spacious with a kettle and fridge provided. Check-in is always a bit arduous, I have stayed twice and both times the check-in took a long time. Apart from that I'm really pleased with this hotel, and will stay here again next time too."
